The North West HIV & AIDS Monitoring Unit at the Centre for Public Health, Liverpool John Moores University collect, collate and disseminate data on the diagnosis, treatment and care of HIV positive individuals in the North West. These data are presented in reports as follows.

The North West reports of newly diagnosed HIV infections are produced on a quarterly basis and provide timely and useful feedback to inform epidemiology at a local level, although their accuracy depends on clinicians prompt reporting of new diagnosis. Accurate and comprehensive data on all HIV positive individuals accessing services from statutory treatment centres in the North West are presented twice yearly in the HIV & AIDS in the North West of England reports. Additional data are also provided through an interactive query table database. These reports, along with other publications produced by the sexual health team, can be viewed
